Terms & Conditions

We at Hubcap Heaven® LLC make every effort to provide the best deal to our customers, in an industry where prices flex and change often. 

After an order is placed we will confirm stock, item price(s) and cost of shipping the item(s) to the purchaser.  If the purchaser confirms the order we will then ship the order.

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, with few exceptions listed below. 

Defective Items
If a product is defective, we will attempt to replace it, with client paying shipping to return original item. 

Wrong Items
If Hubcap Heaven® LLC ships items other than those that were ordered, we will pay the shipping to return the products, and will attempt to ship the items originally ordered at originally stated price; or refund the order amount including shipping if this is not possible.

Order Disputes
If a client disputes an order for any reason other than Wrong Item or Defective Item, and we agree to accept the returned items, the client must pay return shipping.

Warranty Disclaimer
This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty applicable to Hubcap Heaven®, LLC Products.  Hubcap Heaven®, LLC disclaims all other express warranties and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. No representative, dealer or agent of Hubcap Heaven®, LLC has the authority to make any representation, warranty, or agreement on behalf of Hubcap Heaven®, LLC with respect to any Hubcap Heaven®, LLC Product.  No warranty of any kind or nature is made by Hubcap Heaven®, LLC with respect to any Hubcap Heaven®, LLC Product beyond those expressly stated herein. This Limited Warranty is made under Maryland law and gives the original purchaser specified legal rights.

No warranty is made with respect to the structural integrity of original equipment or aftermarket wheels as originally manufactured.
 
Hubcap Heaven®, LLC'S Limited Warranty
The sole obligation of Hubcap Heaven®, LLC under this warranty is to repair or replace, at its option, any Hubcap Heaven®, LLC Product delivered to purchaser, which is determined by Hubcap Heaven®, LLC to have been defective in materials or workmanship provided by Hubcap Heaven®, LLC. The original purchaser is responsible for all installation charges or incidental expenses associated with replacing the Hubcap Heaven®, LLC Product or product returned for repair or refinishing.
